ACWW is the largest international organisation for rural women. ACWW aims to raise the standard of living of rural women and families through education, training and community development programmes. They also hope to provide practical support to its members and help them set up income-generating schemes via microfinance schemes and to give rural women a voice at international level through its links with UN agencies.

Bread for the World is a collective Christian voice urging national decision makers to end hunger at home and abroad. Partnered with NCIG, they focus on female empowerment.

* CARE International

CARE is a leading humanitarian organisation fighting global poverty. We place special focus on working alongside poor women because, equipped with the proper resources, women have the power to help whole families and entire communities escape poverty. Women are at the heart of CARE's community-based efforts to improve basic education, prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS, increase access to clean water and sanitation, expand economic opportunity and protect natural resources. CARE also delivers emergency aid to survivors of war and natural disasters and helps people rebuild their lives.

COMINSUD is primarily involved in the promotion of sustainable agriculture, natural resource management and environmental education, and the promotion of good governance (human rights, democracy and local governance).
