  • Mrs. Gospel M. Nti: Gender and Community Action Officer. She holds an M.Sc. in Women and Gender Studies and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Designing


  • Mrs. Naliembe Quinta Malike: Administrative Assistant.  Holder of the Advance Level in British Accounting

  • Mr. Njonguo Edwin Ngimlefack: He doubles as Communications & Resource Officer for NCIG, and Project Coordinator of the M'muock Renewable Energy Project jointly executed by NCIG and GREEN STEP e.V. Germany. He is holder of a B.Sc. in Political Science and Public Administration, Minor in Management; Diploma in Computer Applications; Certificates in HIV/AIDS care to PLWHAs; and Leadership Training. He currently offers an M..Sc. in Political Science with Specialisation in International Relations at the University of Buea.
  • Mr. Besong Stanley Ako: Green Step Project Coordinator. He coordinates the Environmental Education/Organic farming project jointly executed by NCIG and GREEN STEP. Holder of a B.Sc.in Environmental Science.
  • Mr. Aldous Lekeanyi:  Agricultural and rural development animator for NCIG. BSc. plant biology and diploma veterinary nurse.
  • Mr. Sylvanus Azongkwettah.: Works with the Finance Department as the Accountant. Graduate of the Unversity of Buea with a B.Sc. Accountancy.
  • Mr. Ngoasong Leke Fonge: Communications Officer: Holder of a BSc. in Political Science and Public Administration.
  • Mr. Albert Abuatmboh : He is the driver of the organisation.
