Ms. Nazieh Metuge Sylvie: Administrative Assistant. Holder of the Advance Level and certificate in Accounting from Intensive Vocational Training Center.

Mr. Besong Stanley Ako: Green Step Project Coordinator. He coordinates the Environmental Education/Organic farming project jointly executed by NCIG and GREEN STEP. Mr. Aldous Lekeanyi: Agricultural technician, rural development animator and volunteer cooridinator for NCIG. He holds a BSc. in plant biology and a diploma in veterinary nursing.

Mr. Albert Abuatmboh: He is the driver for the organisation. 

Ms. Heather Kathrens:  She is a U.S. Peace Corps NGO Development Volunteer posted with NCIG from August 2010 through August 2012. A holder of a BA in International Studies and Technical Writing, she  has a background in non-profit management.
